“Since successfully completing my training as a restaurant specialist in 2006, I have put my heart and soul into this company.

It is important to me to be there for our guests, in all concerns they have as well as to act supportive at events. In my free time I enjoy going on nice trips with my daughter and my husband. I like to take care of my animals and of course I love to travel, preferably to the beach with palm trees “

Steffen - Mr. 1000%

I grew up in MeckPomm, from a small sleepy village. Since I successfully passed my chef training, I live in Berlin.

My stations were chef, operations manager and hotel manager. Since 2015 I have found my professional home here at the American Bowl. In addition to a regular income and a secure job, it is the variety and constant challenge that drives me. The special thrill is working with constantly changing characters and educating young people. As a trainer for cooks, the constant reference to my greatest passion, cooking, remains. In my free time I love to be in the Marzahn garden.

I have been with the team since 2016. Even as a child, I enjoyed cooking for my family. After a long internship, it was clear to me that I would become a chef.

I enjoy my work because you learn something new and there are always new challenges. I like being at Play OFF because my girlfriend also works here in the service department.
My tip for you: definitely try the spareribs!
